Packages
Weekend Facility Package
$7500 + GST per weekend from Victoria Day to Thanksgiving Day
For up to 300 guests, the full weekend package includes Friday for decorating, Saturday for celebrations and banquet, and on Sunday optional breakfast or gift opening in the meeting room. Includes the outdoor gazebo and gardens. Friday to Sunday camping on the grounds is included for you and your guests (24 hr washroom access, no pets, no rv services). Discounts are available Monday to Thursday and in the off-season.
One Day Facility Package
$6000 + GST on weekends
This package is for large group meetings, events, and gatherings for up to 350 guests. Set up and take down all in the same day. There is no camping with this package. Discounts are available Monday to Thursday and in the off-season.
Smaller Gatherings
$500 + GST per day
For training, meetings, and afternoon birthdays for up to 30 guests and up to 90 people standing, our south room is ideal for small gatherings. This room has its own entrance and washrooms separate from those of the main banquet space. Food and beverages must be delivered as there is no kitchen with this package.
Outdoor Gatherings
$500 + GST per day
Our BBQ building and patio area, trails, and grassy areas are available in the Spring, Fall, and Winter seasons, and during the week in the summer. Washrooms are provided in our skating rink change room. The BBQ building does not have running water. Overnight camping is not included in this package.

Clubs, Classes, & Recurring Long Term Programs
We offer class, club, or other recurring long term rental indoors or outdoors for recurring use over three or more months for groups offering programs for people in our community. The purpose of the event must align with our mission to fulfill the social, cultural, and recreational needs of our community. Rates are cost conscious as they are offered to and benefit the local community. Rates start at $35 for the first hour.
