Who are we?
We are a not-for-profit organization, driven by volunteers with deep roots in the community—both past and present. As part of a network of 26 community leagues in Parkland County, we are committed to providing recreational amenities for residents, regardless of subdivision or area.

Many of our residents actively contribute as members and volunteers at various halls throughout the region, fostering a strong sense of community. Each hall offers a unique range of programs, events, and opportunities, all aimed at bringing people together and enriching the lives of our neighbours!
Mission
To fulfill the social, cultural, and recreational needs of our community.
What We Do
Our community league is dedicated to enriching the lives of local residents by offering a wide range of programs, activities, and events. We provide recreational amenities, including sports facilities, meeting spaces, and opportunities for social gatherings, all designed to bring people together.
History
Founded in 1963, Clymont Community League has deep roots in bringing people together. What began with local residents gathering for spring and fall picnics and potlucks has grown into a thriving hub for recreation and community connection.

Over the years, we’ve expanded our offerings to include a variety of activities—from drop-in skating and funball teams to dinner dances and peaceful walks on our 30-acre grounds and trails.

As we look to the future, we remain dedicated to creating spaces where everyone feels welcome to connect, play, and grow together. Whether you’re here to enjoy our programs or simply relax in nature, Clymont Community League continues to be a place for all generations to come together and make lasting memories.
League Operations & Governance
Clymont Community League is governed by a dedicated Board of Directors and Executive team, working together to ensure the league’s continued success and growth.

The Board of Directors plays a key role in shaping the league’s direction, proposing and reviewing policies, and overseeing activities and initiatives. They set the vision for capital projects and work closely with volunteers to bring these plans to life.

The Executive team manages the day-to-day operations of the league, including financial oversight, communication, meeting coordination, and supporting sub-committees. Together, both groups ensure the league runs smoothly and remains responsive to the needs of our community.

Our governance model is built on collaboration, transparency, and the dedication of volunteers who help guide our league toward a bright future.
