We are a member of the Parkland Bingo Association and volunteer at bingos at Spruce Grove Bingo Centre monthly to fundraise for the Association and our community league. There are many excellent volunteer roles to get to know people in your community and develop your skills. To learn more, we recommend attending Monthly General Meetings on the first Thursday of the month at 7pm in the hall.

All of our events are planned, set up, run, and taken down by volunteers! Each event has 20 to 50 volunteers involved in the various aspects. The best way to learn about opportunities to volunteer is at Monthly General Meetings or by contacting us.

Every 2 years, as a non-profit we have the opportunity to work at St. Albert casino as a fundraiser for the league. It requires several volunteers for day and night shifts. Volunteers enjoy a generous selection of snacks and meals, and the role are easy to learn alongside other volunteers and the casino coordinators. When a casino is scheduled we communicate it through our member email news, social media, and the website.

Annually in the Spring we gather on a Sunday morning to clean up and prepare the grounds and gardens for the coming summer, including pruning, leaf and debris clean up, and adding wood chips to garden beds. We also prepare the trails, bird houses, and animal habitat in the Trail in the Woods.
