Spring Yoga Classes
Finding Balance and Movement for Every Body
Led by certified instructor Monica Yakimovich (RYT 200), our yoga programs are designed to be inclusive, supportive, and grounded in the needs of our community. Whether you are looking to wind down after a long day or build strength and stability through mindful movement, there is a place for you here.
🌙 Gentle Hatha Flow
Tuesday Evenings | 7:00 pm – 8:15 pm
Perfect for those looking to decompress and reset. This class focuses on basic poses, intentional alignment, and breathwork. You will leave feeling renewed and ready to tackle the rest of your week with a clear mind.
☀️ Somatic Hatha Flow
Thursday Mornings | 10:00 am – 11:15 am
Designed for "active souls," this session blends anatomic awareness with stability and "sneaky strength." It’s a wonderful way to find balance and deeper body awareness in the middle of a busy week.
🪑 Yoga in the Round (Chair-Based)
Thursday Late Mornings | 11:30 am – 12:15 pm
Yoga is for everyone, regardless of mobility. If you prefer not to sit on the floor, this chair-based class is for you. We focus on increasing stability and finding breath through accessible, seated movements that support your joints and posture.
What to Bring: Please bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and wear loose, comfortable layers.
Nice to Have: Two yoga blocks (or one for Chair Yoga).
